About the SLIM scheme
The SLIM grant scheme encourages small and medium‑sized businesses (SMEs) to invest in the development of their staff. It makes it possible to hire an adviser to draw up a learning and development plan, provide career advice or create an approach that encourages employees to improve their skills, knowledge and professional attitude. The scheme is available to SME companies and partnerships consisting of at least two SMEs.
Applications can be submitted by SMEs in the periods from 3 March to 31 March 2025 or from 1 September to 30 September 2025. Partnerships can apply from 2 June to 30 June 2025. Separate application periods apply for training projects, including 10 March to 31 June 2025 and 1 July to 10 November 2025.
Our service
We guide you in drafting and submitting your SLIM application. After the lottery, 100 % of the applications we submit are awarded; however, the probability of passing the lottery varies between 15 % and 40 %, so no guarantees can be given. After completing this form you will receive documents via PandaDoc that you need to sign digitally. Payment is made via invoice and you can choose between two options:
- € 750 one‑time upfront – you pay a fixed amount before the grant application is submitted;
- No cure no pay (5 %, up to a maximum of € 1.250) – you pay nothing upfront and only 5 % of the awarded amount after you have received a decision (with a maximum of € 1.250).
